Nova Scotia Demand Express Entry

Requirements

  • The applicant must have an educational diploma certificate
  • The applicant should have at least one year of full-time work experience in the required NOC or 6 years of part-time work experience equal to NOC skill (0, A or B)
  • The candidate must have a language proficiency score of at least 7 CLB
  • The candidate must score at least 67 out of 100 points to get selected for this NSNP

Nova Scotia Experience Express Entry Nominee Programme

Federal skilled workers, Federal skilled tradesmen, Canadian express class

Requirement

  • The candidate must be aged between 22 to 55 years
  • The nominee should have at least one year of full-time work experience or at least 6 years of part-time work experience in equal NOC skill (0, A or B)
  • The candidate should have a Nova Scotia work permit
  • Must have completed secondary or post-secondary education (if done from outside of Canada, the credentials must be from recognized and authorized institutions)
  • The candidate must score be proficient in either English or French
  • The candidate should have an intention to work and settle in Nova Scotia

Nova Scotia Skilled Worker Programme

Requirements

  • Age between 21 to 55 years
  • Proof of legal status in Canada or Permanent Residency proof
  • Full-time job offer
  • Completed at least high school level education
  • Training and licensing certifications, applicable to the job
  • Language proficiency of at least CLB-5 or more in English or French
  • Proof of funds to support themselves
  • The worker must be a permanent resident of Nova Scotia and have worked at least 6 months in the province
  • The candidate must be getting the equivalent of full-time local wage standards and benefits.

Entrepreneur or Integration Graduate Entrepreneurs immigration Programme

Requirements

  • Age must be at least 21 years
  • The candidate must have a personal net worth of at least 600,000 CAD
  • The candidate should have a minimum 50,000 CAD capital investment
  • The Candidate must score CLB- 5 in English or French
  • Must have completed Canadian high school or equivalent study from abroad (in case of international graduate entrepreneur: Applicant must complete their post-secondary 2 years of diploma at a Nova Scotia university or college)
  • The candidate has to be the owner of at least 33.33% of the business
  • The business should be profitable
  • The candidate should be a Permanent Resident of Canada
